By creating an account, accessing the Platform, purchasing a course, or attending any live class, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform immediately.

By using Skillsetu, you confirm that:

Skillsetu functions as an intermediary platform connecting learners with independent instructors (“Instructors”). Skillsetu is not responsible for the accuracy or style of teaching delivered by Instructors.
To access the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

Keep your login details secure
Notify us immediately of unauthorized account use
Accept responsibility for all activities conducted under your account
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Courses and subscriptions must be paid through the payment options provided within the Platform.

4.3 Refund Policy
Unless stated otherwise:
All purchases are non-refundable.
Refunds may be granted only for duplicate transactions, technical errors, or where required by law.
Course schedules may change; however, refunds remain at Skillsetu’s discretion.
Instructors on Skillsetu are independent professionals, not employees or agents of Skillsetu.
They are solely responsible for:
The accuracy and legality of their content
Quality of teaching and conduct during sessions
Ensuring materials do not violate copyright laws
Skillsetu may remove or suspend Instructors who violate any policy.
You agree not to:
Share, sell, or distribute course materials
Record, screenshot, or reproduce live classes
Harass or abuse Instructors or other learners
Hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Platform
Share or transfer your account to others
Violation may result in immediate termination of your account.
All content on Skillsetu, including videos, text, logos, graphics, and software, belongs to Skillsetu or the respective Instructors.
Users receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access purchased content only for personal education.
You are prohibited from:
Copying, modifying, selling, or distributing any content
Using Skillsetu’s brand or trademarks without permission
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
Live classes may be recorded for quality control, security, or to provide playback access.
By participating, you consent to being recorded.
Users may not record or distribute live sessions without written permission.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Platform may use third-party services such as payment gateways or video conferencing tools. Skillsetu is not responsible for:
The availability or performance of third-party services
Data handling practices of third-party providers
Use of these services is subject to their respective terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skillsetu is not liable for:
Instructor actions or teaching results
Course content accuracy
Technical errors, interruptions, or data loss
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.
Skillsetu services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee:
Uninterrupted operation of the Platform
Suitability of any course for your specific needs
Certification unless explicitly mentioned
Skillsetu may suspend or terminate your account if:
You violate any Terms
Fraudulent activity is detected
Required by law
After termination, access to purchased content is revoked, and no refunds will be provided unless legally required.
