All purchases made on Skillsetu are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
Course fees
Subscription plans
Live class access
Digital materials, assignments, or resources
Once a payment is completed, the user gains access to digital content, instructor schedules, and backend resources. Therefore, refunds cannot be issued except under limited circumstances outlined in this Policy.
Refunds may be granted only in the following situations:
If you are accidentally charged twice for the same course or service, we will refund the duplicate transaction after verification.
If the payment gateway fails, resulting in:
Amount deducted but course not activated
Transaction failure on Skillsetu's side
A refund will be issued once the payment provider confirms the error.
If applicable law requires a refund under specific circumstances, we will comply accordingly.
No other situations qualify for a refund.
Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:
Deciding you no longer want the course is not a valid reason for a refund.
If you miss live classes due to personal reasons, technical issues on your device, or scheduling conflicts, a refund will not be provided.
If any portion of the course content is accessed, viewed, or downloaded, refunds are not allowed.
Differences in teaching style, speed, or teaching methods are not grounds for refunds.
Skillsetu is not responsible for user-side issues including:
Poor internet connection
Device malfunction
App version not updated
Skillsetu may reschedule classes or change instructors when necessary.
Such changes do not qualify for refunds.
Payments made using any offer or discount are strictly non-refundable.
If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the exceptions above, you must:
Contact Skillsetu Support within 48 hours of the issue.
Provide the following details:
Registered user name
Phone number or email
Transaction ID
Screenshot of payment receipt
Reason for refund request
Skillsetu will verify the transaction and eligibility.
Skillsetu reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request based on internal policies and verification.
If a refund is approved:
Refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.
The amount will be returned to the original payment method only.
Processing time may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
Skillsetu is not responsible for delays caused by banks, UPI platforms, or third-party gateways.
If Skillsetu cancels a course entirely and decides not to reschedule or provide an alternative instructor, affected users may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
This decision is made solely at Skillsetu’s discretion.
All refunds, when applicable, are processed digitally.
We do not issue:
Cash refunds
Cheque refunds
Refunds to third-party accounts
Refunds will only be issued to the payment source used for the original transaction.
Skillsetu may update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on the Platform.
Continued use of Skillsetu after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Policy.
